Can I cancel an order that has already been confirmed?
Yes, as long as the order is not yet out for delivery, you can cancel it free of charge by contacting us by phone. Once delivered, an order cannot be returned or refunded.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the delivery location and time of day, and is generally 20 to 40 minutes. We do our best to meet your requested delivery slot. Please note that delivery outside of your selected slot will not result in a refund or discount. For faster delivery, you can also order in advance.
Can I reheat my pizza?
Yes, you can place your pizza in a preheated oven at 200–220°C for 2–3 minutes. Do not put it in the microwave!
What is a Neapolitan pizza?
Neapolitan pizzas are known for their softer, puffier crusts. The pizzaiolo does not use a dough sheeter to flatten the dough. A special flour is required for this type of pizza, which we import directly from Italy.
How many pizzas should I order for 4 people?
It depends! Our pizzas are 32 cm in diameter. For a moderate appetite, one pizza for two people may be enough. For a big appetite, plan for one pizza per person. Children can order the Napoli Bambini, which is 20 cm instead of 32 cm. For 4 people, we recommend 3 to 4 pizzas.
Is cash payment possible?
No, cash payment for online orders is not possible as our delivery drivers do not carry cash.
How are your pizzas cooked?
Our pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven handmade in Naples by Stefano Ferrara. Imported acacia wood is used to give your pizzas an unmatched flavor.
How does the loyalty program work?
Each pizza ordered online is counted if you are registered in our loyalty program. The total amount paid is converted into loyalty points (Napolis). When you reach 5000 Napolis (equivalent to Rs 5000 in orders), you will receive Rs 250 off your next order. Offer valid online only.
I want to order 30 pizzas for a party, is that possible?
For orders of more than 10 pizzas, please contact us in advance with the number of pizzas, the recipes, and the delivery date so we can meet your request. You can email us at hello@felicita.mu
Can you deliver to the beach?
Yes! Simply pin your location on the map and we will deliver to that exact spot, whether it’s your home, office, or the beach.
What’s your secret recipe for making them so good?
The recipe is a secret! But we use nothing more than flour, yeast, and water for the dough. For the toppings, we source our ingredients from the best suppliers in Italy to give you the finest pizza possible.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, our delivery driver will send you an SMS to let you know the order is on its way, along with a link to track it in real time.
Do you sell alcohol?
Not yet! But we are working hard to obtain the license so we can offer fine Italian wines and cocktails to go with your meals.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes, a fixed delivery fee of Rs 100 applies.
Is it possible to dine in?
Yes, either indoors or on the terrace. We are open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM non-stop.
Can I pay with Juice / Pop?
Yes! With our payment partner MIPS, you can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) and also choose payment via Juice / Pop. Simply enter your mobile phone number and a payment request will be sent to you.
