These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to protect each other and set expectations for our
service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate inventory on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to see if you prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer us to issue a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items ordered. Payment for shipping costs will be collected at checkout. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return for change of mind
Felicita will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind provided we receive a return request within 30 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be paid at the customer's expense and they will have to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this process is complete via email. (felicita) will refund the value of the returned merchandise but will NOT refund the value of the shipping charges paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Felicita will be happy to honor any valid warranty claim, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.
Customers will be required to prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse you in the event of a warranty claim.
Upon receipt of returned items for warranty claim, you can expect felicita to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty request is confirmed, you will have the choice between:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 National transit times
Typically, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.
4.2 International Transit Time
Typically, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 to 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you select. We can provide a more accurate estimate when you select your carrier at checkout.
4.3 Shipping time
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days of order payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on public holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we have the ability to change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 Order Form Boxed Shipping
Felicita will ship to PO Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping to Military Address
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and ship the remaining items once they are back in stock.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate.
5. Follow-up notifications
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.
6. Packages damaged during transport
If you notice that a package has been damaged during transport, if possible, please refuse the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
7. Duties and taxes

7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Felicita encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Felicita at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the return shipping costs. The cost of the initial shipment will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the carrier.
